Privacy policy

AIXAM (operated by MindMap Digital Consulting Pvt Ltd) is an AI-based evaluation and mentoring platform for Chartered Accountancy (ICAI) exam preparation. Contact: hello@mindmapconsulting.digital.

• Account: name, email, mobile, alternate mobile, date of birth.
• Academic: ICAI registration number, current CA level, target exam date, coaching institute, address (for regional analytics and postal mail).
• Optional: profile photo, parent/guardian name + contact.
• Submissions: your uploaded answer sheets and model answers, the AI's evaluation output, your chats with the AI mentor.
• Payment: order and payment IDs from Razorpay. We do NOT store full card numbers or CVV — Razorpay holds those.
• Technical: IP address (hashed in our audit log), user-agent string, access timestamps.

• To evaluate your papers and generate personalised feedback.
• To power the AI mentor with context of your progress.
• To issue and verify subscriptions, including academy-issued codes and direct purchases.
• To send OTPs for account verification (mobile via MSG91, email via Resend).
• To send you evaluation-ready notifications and renewal reminders.
• For aggregate analytics (no personally identifiable output is shared externally).

• OpenAI — your uploaded PDFs and text are sent to GPT models for evaluation and mentoring. OpenAI does not train on API data by default.
• Cloudflare R2 — stores your uploaded and generated PDFs in an Indian-compliant manner.
• Clerk — identity and session management.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• MSG91, Resend, Deepgram — messaging, email, and voice processing respectively for the features that use them.
• Your linked academy — if you subscribed through an academy, they see your paper scores and progress for pedagogical support.
• We do NOT sell your data to third parties.

• Access — download a full export of your data from Profile → Data export.
• Correction — edit any field from the Profile page.
• Erasure — request permanent deletion of your account and all data via Profile → Delete account, or by emailing us.
• Consent withdrawal — you can withdraw consent for future processing at any time; past evaluations remain in your own account until you delete it.
• Grievance — write to us at the email above; we respond within 7 working days.

Evaluated papers and AI output remain in your account for as long as it is active. On account deletion, we remove all student data within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate metrics (e.g., average score trends) may be retained for platform improvement.

The platform is intended for users aged 17 and above. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept this policy on your behalf — we collect a parent contact field during sign-up for this purpose.

When we materially update this policy, we bump the version string shown at the top and require you to re-accept at your next login. Minor edits do not require re-consent.
